Dehumanizing of overweight people is wrong, immoral

Dehumanizing of overweight people is wrong, immoral
In television, movies or online it is no longer socially acceptable to denigrate people based on skin, sexuality, nationality or gender. It does, however, seem to be acceptable, whether it be television, movies or online, to dehumanize people based on weight.

I am doing several bodybuilding exercises but I am not seeing results. Am I doing something wrong?

Question by Roger: I am doing several bodybuilding exercises but I am not seeing results. Am I doing something wrong?
Hello,

I am a 20 year old male trying to build muscle mostly in my arms right now (biceps/triceps). I started a few months ago, and I saw some pretty good results at first, but for the last month and a half or so I really haven’t seen any results. I have been doing 1-2 sets of 8-10 for biceps and triceps bidaily.

A few things I’ve noticed: I haven’t really been feeling a “burn” when exercising, even though the weight is appropriate (ie cant really do more than 10). Rather, it is more like pain. It’s kinda hard to describe it I guess…

Another thing.. Some days I dont really get any protein at all in my diet. I’d say about 1/2 the days I get about 40 grams of protein, the other 1/2 less than 10 grams. Is this a problem? Can muscle be built without protein?

Last of all, I am kind of new to this, so if you have any tips for someone like me (like how often I should work out, etc.) I would be so pleased. thanks!

Protein is the building block of muscle production, my suggestion would be to buy some whey protein and drink it a couple times a day to ensure you are receiving proper amounts of protein. ALSO, try adding some variety to your work out routine, and make sure to have rest days.

Good luck!
