Don’t be a jerk and say your fat. I’m not. I’m 5’2, and 125. I just would like to know a good exercise habit to get in shape for track season and just good fitness tips to get results for slimmer waist line and thighs.

You have several hundred muscles in your leg, butt, hip, thigh and lower stomach area. The major problem is, not exercising these muscles correctly will make your trouble spots worse and more pronounced, while risking serious injury. However, the right exercises that use these muscles in harmony with each other can bring definite results without spending unrealistic amounts of time on ineffective exercises and risking long term set-backs. I am a 5.7 and 25 years old and a month ago I weigh 147lbs although about a year ago I weighed 188lbs. I am not very happy with how I look, although I have slimmed down a lot, but I still look like I’m pregnant. My stomach is flabby, my butt is big and I just feel and look disgusting. I used to run on treadmill for 15-20 mins then do some stretching for 10 min and then workout for 30-40 mins and all this 7 days a week. But I just couldn’t reach my goal. It is enough to make anyone frustrated.

When Viva showed up in November, I went out and bought a bag of Purina Kitten Chow, and that’s what she ate during her pregnancy.

Recently, Purina’s ONE Healthy Kitten Formula has been on sale, so I bought a bag of that: it’s first ingredient is chicken, rather than the chicken by-product meal which is the first ingredient in the Kitten Chow.

Viva prefers the ONE food to the Kitten Chow, so that’s what we plan to feed her and the kittens from now on. The ONE also has smaller bits, which will probably be easier for the kittens to start eating.

Lucky Jack has already tried licking a plate of his mother’s wet cat food, and today I saw Zippy tentatively lapping up water from the water bowl. We’ll see how Viva & the kittens do with weaning and eating (and the litter box) in the next few weeks.
