Question by ♥New Mama♥: Need some healthy food ideas & snacks to eat for rest of my pregnancy!? Help!?
At the beginning of my pregnancy I was eating really healthy, but then I started getting morning sickness and lost all my appetite espically for healthy foods, they made me cringe lol… Since then I have been eating what I want and basically just drinking pepsi and take out 3-4 times a week, I’ve gained 20lbs since 8 weeks pregnant, I am now 28 weeks, so in 20 weeks I gained 20lbs, not sure if that’s bad or not… I don’t want to keep this up, I have a normal appetite now and am sick of gaining weight that’s not baby weight. What are things I can eat? I am going to get groceries tomorrow and want to keep it healthy.. what are some cheap breakfast, lunch & dinner meals? And some snacks? What all do you eat that’s healthy? I’m not buying pepsi again I only plan on drinking bottled water and v8 juice, orange & apple juice. Just need some food ideas! Thanks for your ideas 🙂
Answer by 32 weeks with Delaney My weight gain has been minimal, I don’t know if it’s what I’m eating or not, but normally I have whole grain cereal or oatmeal for breakfast, applesauce or some kind of fruit for a snack, soup or salad and a sandwich for lunch, yogurt for snack, meat, veggie, and potatoes for dinner, usually junk food for a late snack.
