I’m a 16 year old girl and i’m 5’0 and i think I weigh like 135 or somewhere around there.But other then that I was wondering what are some ways I can get into a better eating habit.I eat some junk food but not alot and I was wondering what are some tips to stay in a healthy eating habit.

Oh and what are some really good effective ways to tone my body because I have wanted to do it again but have been to lazy to do it

As you may know, healthy eating habit is necessary for your life. For many people, health is the most expensive thing that should be taken from a lot of methods including how they choose the food to eat. It’s not only about delicious food, but it’s also all about balanced and moderate eating, consisting of healthy meals at least three times per day and exactly with a good menu. People need to eat many different types of foods, not limiting themselves to one specific food type or group.

Food as a primary of people need precisely contains a lot of substances inside. Not at all of foods are good. Some of them even cause disease for human being. People need healthy food that can help to prevent or reduce the severity of diseases such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and others. It may also help reducing the risk of developing some cancers. A main way of combating obesity and overweight is to eat a healthy food.

Choose your eating habit with healthy food isn’t difficult to do. These are some easy tips you can apply in your daily life and even you don’t need to spend much money because it’s cheap food.

Eat Plenty Fruits and Vegetables
It is recommended that we eat at least 5 portions, and ideally 7-9 portions, of a variety of fruit or vegetables each day. They contain a lot of fibers which can help you keeping the bowels healthy. Be sure you serve fruit or vegetables at every meal.

Eat nutritious healthy food
It can give the body all the nutrition it needs in order to maintain good health. It shouldn’t contain any harmful substances. Some other good resources of nutrition are lean meat and protein resources, such as fish, eggs, beans, and nuts.

Don’t eat too much fat, choose healthier cooking methods
Deep fried foods aren’t good for you and your family. Choose low fat dairy products and when you want to cook your recipes, try to cook them with better methods, such as broiling, grilling, roasting, and steaming. It’s better than fried ones which can give you fatty supply. But if you want to cook fries, choose liquid oils for cooking instead of solid fats that can be high in saturated and transform fats.

Limit fast food and low nutrient snacks
Your children usually like eating snacks and fast food such as candy, chips, soda, etc. You should limit it but don’t completely ban your favorite snacks at home. Make them ‘once in a while’ food, so kids don’t feel disappointed. Also beware with sugary drinks. Serve water and low fat milk instead.

Eating too much of even healthful foods can lead to weight gain. Watch your portion sizes. It’s easy for food to become a source of conflict, but it’s better for you to change your daily habit of food consuming before disease attack your body. Trying to find more healthy recipe and food will give more benefits for your family life. Health is expensive, once you get healthy, more you can do.

If you are looking for ways to lose weight or going on a diet for the first time, you shouldn’t rely on artificial methods like surgeries and weight loss pills. The best ways to lose weight are still the classic diet and exercise. Fortunately, there is a healthy eating habit to lose weight and some other ways we could easily follow.

One of the easiest ways is to eat multiple meals a day. The goal of this habit is to not starve yourself and eat regularly so your stomach feels full most of the time. Eating frequently also requires small portions only or snacks that consist of fruits and crackers. This means not having to wait for the next full meal (lunch or dinner).

For example, eating a fruit snack just two hours after breakfast is a healthy eating habit to lose weight. This will stop you from pigging out and stuffing yourself over lunch because by lunch time, you wouldn’t feel as hungry as you’d normally feel.

Another effective method is through calorie counting. Depending on the person’s weight and body mass index, the calorie intake for a person varies. What you can do is to measure your weight and BMI.

Don’t cut your calorie intake immediately because as mentioned above, starving yourself can cause your body to lose energy and you might get sick. Cutting your daily intake gradually is more effective because you don’t feel the effect drastically. This will also give your body ample time to adjust to the healthy eating habit to lose weight.

Maintenance is a breeze because your body can get used to the diet right away.

3. Eating in the right size

You should keep your portion sizes reasonable. It is because the food that is recommended for you is about 3 oz. The healthy food that you consume in unreasonable portion would be really dangerous for you. So, it is important to keep attention to the right portion of the healthy food you should consume in every day.

4. Eating in the right time

It is really important to eat the healthy food in a right time regularly. When you are hungry, it also means that you would forget the nutrients in foods. You should fill the needs required by your body regularly. Eating snacks among meals is also the way that could help overcome your hunger before you have a time to have the main meal. Thus, the control of eating snack is also required.
