How much would It cost to get a personal dieting and exercising plan by the personal trainer? I’m currently member of the Bally Fitness and I was thinking about to get personal dieting and exercising plan but for that I have to contact with one of the Bally Fitness trainers but I was wondering how much would it cost?

It all depends on how much you would want them to do for you..Depends on where you live and how much weight you have to lose and how much time they would need to spend with you. I had one years ago and its very costly..She charged me by the hour.. This was 6 years ago and i paid 75.00 an hour for exercise and diet tips she provided..She came to my home..It may be cheaper if you go to them..Good Luck.. Bali offers a free diet plan don’t they? I am sure they do so u may want to ask.. And they will give you exercise tips also for free..Just ask..You have nothing to lose and it will save you money…

Is there anything I can do to boost my metabolism? Like walking? Any specific vegetable or something? My whole life I have ate junk and laid around and my metabolism is shot. I’m wondering if it will always be really slow or if you can build it up again?

Start exercising and eating right. Cut out the junk food and start walking. Move on to better exercise when you can.

I’m on the borderline of being overweight and I would like to loose a little but of weight, but don’t know how I should go about it. I go to school 8:30am – 3:30pm so I need a excercise plan to fit my daily life. Could you please suggest a exercising plan for me and eating healthy ideas and also how to overcome eating when I get bored. Thanks!

Cardio is the most effective for losing weight because it elevates your heart rate and forces your body to use energy in the form of fat. I suggest 25 minutes of cardio every other day. I also recommend eating 5 to 6 smaller meals a day. There are a ton of benefits such as distribution of protein, feeling full throughout the day and a better control over calories. I go into more depth here

So it becomes important for you to develop a good exercising plan for yourself. There are certain things that you should keep in your mind before getting involved in a particular exercising plan. But an interval exercising plan will not help you enough. You also need a sustained speed exercising plan. Incorporating sustained speed in the treadmill exercising plan will help you develop stamina.

Following a plan of brisk exercising will help you maintain a moderate level of good HDL cholesterol that will protect you from heart attacks.

Everybody have their personal preferences while choosing the best exercising regime for themselves, be it the sustained or interval exercising. And if you can make an exercising program that will be able to match your preferences, your whole workout time will be enjoyable. But remember not to be much rigid with your exercising schedule. Give it some flexibility. And also try to modify your exercising program with time to time.

All right flower I have the solution that you are looking for.

It is called the m&m diet. I want you to get a big bag of m&m’s and have one with a large glass of watter every two hours. If you can do this you will loose weight. OK maybe it is simply drinking more water but the m&m’s make it more fun.
