Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic to pan; cook 1 minute, stirring frequently. Stir in chile powder and salt; cook 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Question by mgarrard14: What is a good low fat healthy way to make a burrito with ground Beef?
I know how to ccok the ground beef and I have the tortillas. I was just wondering what else I should but in the beet and the burrito to make it taste good in a healthy low fat way.
Answer by GP refried beans (very low fat), chopped onions and shredded cheese (low fat of course), then roll up, put on plate and smother with good chunky salsa.
