Question by Mat Goy: If you ate healthy from when you was a kid would you have a natural six pack without working out?
i was wondering if you was a kid and you ate a healthy diet and you ate 6-8 small healthy meals a day and didnt do any workouts other then just being a kid and running around would you have a low enough body fat to have a six pack?

yes, everyone has a sixpack, most people’s are just covered with layers of fat
