Question by LisaJDivine ♥s MJ: Can anyone come up with a Healthy Eating Plan?
I’m 17, 5″7 and I weigh 335lbs(Not afraid to admit) I wanna lose 50lbs or more before the year is over with. I’m starting June 1st. So far it’s been about a week now, I’ve cut out all Junk Food. I’ve just been eating Baked Chicken Breast and Veggies and Walking 3-4Miles of Indoor Walking everyday. Can anyone come up with a Healthy Eating Plan? I’m in school so I get up everyday at 5:30am, exercise, fruit and I’m out the house before 7:30. Please Help Me thanks.
You Guys thanks for the help. But I was kind of looking for a sample menu/plan.

3 balanced meals a day that include enough protein for your body weight, vegetables, complex carbs and a couple of pieces of fruit every day.
