Question by Kathryn: What are some healthy foods I can eat?
I am a 13 year old girl, and I’m quite underweight. My bones are sticking out and such. I do NOT have an eating disorder, I actually eat quite a lot. I guess my metabolism is fast.
What are some healthy foods I can eat that will help me gain weight, or at least not make me loose weight?
I want to eat healthier, but I don’t want that to make my weight problem worse.
Can you list foods please? Not JUST fruits and vegetables. If you do list fruits and vegetables, which are best and why?
