Like a from scratch recipe?

Or just a putting together recipe?

Fruit pieces with a low fat yogurt dip.
Veggie pieces with hummus or low fat ranch.
Whole wheat english muffins with tomato sauce and low fat mozzarella baked into pizzas.
Celery with natural peanut butter.

What brand of dry cat food is yummy and healthy?

Question by : What brand of dry cat food is yummy and healthy?
My cats are picky eaters. I just bought expensive healthy food, and they are giving me grief for it. They like the cheap commercial food, but I think it is bad for them. Is there a healthy brand that kitties still enjoy? Maybe the cheap food isn’t so bad for them after all. This is confusing.

What are ways to make healthy food appear yummy to younger children?

Question by i_luv_flip_phones: What are ways to make healthy food appear yummy to younger children?
I’m babysitting my 10 year old brother for a week, and I need some ways to make some delicious food for him that is healthy. He’s a very picky eater, and will not eat anything that looks healthy or that he thinks is healthy. One time, I gave him two of the same cookies, telling him that one is healthy and one is fattening, and he only ate that one that I said was fattening. He’s going to be playing in the snow or sitting in front of the tv, so he needs snacks that give lots of energy. Thanks!
Last night, I gave him mostly whole wheat pasta with butter, but it had a little bit of normal pasta mixed in with it, because he wanted white pasta. Is this a good meal for him?

Eat Clean with Yummy Cake-Like Organic Manna Bread

hotandhealthyliving.com Anything sweet (or even remotely dessert-like) always scores big points with me in the taste department. While I could easily polish off a huge piece of cake any day (somehow I muster up the control not to do this), its definitely a challenge to find healthy sweets that align with a whole foods diet. Every time I grocery shop, I keep my eyes peeled for the latest and greatest truly healthy sweet find. Unhappily, I rarely come across a convenience food that meets my ridiculously strict whole foods diet nutrition criteria. Manna bread, I am overjoyed to say, exceeds even my requirements for a sweet find. Lets start with taste. Manna bread is a muffin-y, cake-like tasting bread that is sweet, moist and chewy all at once. Its also extremely satisfying. If Im having a sweet craving all I need to do is slice some manna bread, spread it with some raw almond butter and put a few dried apples on top. Its also amazing with raw honey and a bit of hardened (butter-like) extra virgin coconut oil on top (I especially like Barleans brand of coconut oil). If Im really needing something totally decadent, Ill use manna bread as the base for a chocolaty dessert; simply cut a slice of manna bread, spread a thin layer of peanut butter on top, place a few mini dark chocolate chips (such as Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Chips) on top and pop the whole thing in the microwave to melt the chocolate and heat the manna bread. Top it with one heaping tablespoon
