I am starting a new diet and exercise plan. Is 6 weeks enough time to see visible results?
I will be doing push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, jogging, and lower body exercises as well. Also, I will also be starting a new diet of healthy and low fat meals.
That said, is 6 weeks enough time to see visible results?

Yes 6 weeks is enough. Dont get me wrong you may not see major results but there will MOST definitely some form of visible result if you stick with :-0 Good Luck 🙂
