I am trying to loose my weight. I go to gym everyday and eat vegetables only. But I feel that I should eat some fats to get energy for works. So please tell me what kind of fat should I eat everyday/alternate days to fast up my weight loss process. If I don’t eat well I feel weak and don’t get courage to go to gym at that time.
