How does one train themselves to like healthy food?

Question by Ardin: How does one train themselves to like healthy food?
One of My issues for now is that I want to lose fat. I’m running every morning with my brother and now I just need to learn to eat healthily. I WANT to like healthy food but there’s just something about most of it. (Texture maybe?) So how on Earth can I convince my body and taste buds to like the food??
Thanks guys!
I drink water mainly.

find something thats good for you that you actually like. maybe get someone to make something heslthy w/out you knowing cause you could be tricking yourself into it, thinking of how every time you dont like it making you not like it this time. it can happen. i think you should see if you can have someone make you dinner and have something in it “healthy” w/out you really knowing. it also depends on what you condier as healthy and unhealthy foods

How can I join a coupon train & is it worth it?

Question by duckwing: How can I join a coupon train & is it worth it?
I’ve seen people talking about coupon trains on message boards. How exactly do they work, & how would I find one to join? Have you had good/bad experiences with them? How much do you pay in postage, & do you get enough useful coupons to make it worth your time? I cut coupons from the Sunday paper but hate to just throw away (recycle) the ones I don’t need. Thanks for your input!

What I had suggested, and what will hopefully be implemented, is that on a message board everyone will make a list of coupons they have available. What the user will do is contact someone who has coupons they want, and propose an exchange. If they don’t have anything the other person wants, then they move on… but if they do, they mail to each other and everyone is happy.

I’ve never been on a “coupon train” but I was told my idea is the same thing.
