Please help me! I have to get up at 6:00 in the morning and my lunch time at school is 1:00. I need a HEALTHY food that will keep me satisfied till then.

We have a small display cabinet where we would like to put in snacks etc to help upsell. The shop sells food like sarnies, salads, mainly healthy options. What items would you like to see in there? Healthy deserts? Yogurts? Ideas please?

Desserts would be good! Make them bright and colorful so children will make their parents buy it for them.

I’m 29 and 5’1 and I weigh 190lbs. My goal is to be able to go down to at least 170lbs or less than that from now till xmas. I have already began eating more healthier, I have stopped eating candies, fried food, sodas, bread, tortillas. But I havent began exercising. I have a stationary bike at home and was wondering if that is a good exercise and how long I would have to be on it everyday to get some results?? I have a big butt and thighs and would like to either tone them up. I’m not good at counting calories so would like a diet and exercise plan easy to keep up with. I will be moving into apt in about 2wks that has gym so would like to know of any ideas to do right now at home as far as exercise goes to help me out. Any other diet and exercise tips will be greatly appreciated. Do you think its possible to lose that weight and be able to reach my goal??? Any other good diets or exercises please let me know??? Thank You

if you aim for 1-2 lbs a week, it is possible to reach your target weight.

1) Eat more steam food, lean meat, lean protein, vegies and fruits

2) Cut out the junk food, soda drinks and snacks. Get rid of the junk food from the cupboards! Eat cashew / almond nuts instead.

3) drink plenty of water / green tea

4) Exercise – look at combining weights and cardio into your program. you can look at alternating upper and lower body exercises without rest, say bicep curls, then lunges , rest and repeat. With cardio, try sprinting 100m, jog 100m and repeat.

5) Have 5-6 healthy meals a day(1 plate portions) to keep your body satisfied

7) have an action plan for long term goals, start off with small goals and increase it gradually over time. And you will see in your size drop.

8) form a support group. Make yourself accountable to someone like your parents/relatives/friends/partners. Best yet, get them to participate in a healthy lifestyle.
