Don’t be a jerk and say your fat. I’m not. I’m 5’2, and 125. I just would like to know a good exercise habit to get in shape for track season and just good fitness tips to get results for slimmer waist line and thighs.

You have several hundred muscles in your leg, butt, hip, thigh and lower stomach area. The major problem is, not exercising these muscles correctly will make your trouble spots worse and more pronounced, while risking serious injury. However, the right exercises that use these muscles in harmony with each other can bring definite results without spending unrealistic amounts of time on ineffective exercises and risking long term set-backs. You don’t need access to a gym because this type of approach doesn’t require weights and machines.

I am a 5.7 and 25 years old and a month ago I weigh 147lbs although about a year ago I weighed 188lbs. I am not very happy with how I look, although I have slimmed down a lot, but I still look like I’m pregnant. My stomach is flabby, my butt is big and I just feel and look disgusting. I used to run on treadmill for 15-20 mins then do some stretching for 10 min and then workout for 30-40 mins and all this 7 days a week. But I just couldn’t reach my goal. It is enough to make anyone frustrated.

Any resource will tell you there is no such thing as spot reducing. I know it sucks to hear, but you just have to keep up with a good diet and regular exercise and the weight will come off as you go. The thighs and tummy are usually last which is the worst part. Building muscle in those areas can help reshape them a little, however.
