What is the name of the song used in the ad campaign from WorkCover New South Wales, titled “Homecomings”?

Question by allyally14: What is the name of the song used in the ad campaign from WorkCover New South Wales, titled “Homecomings”?
WorkCover NSW commenced a compelling awareness campaign on 27 January 2007 focusing on the broader impact that a workplace injuries can have on home and family. Titled ‘Homecomings’ the campaign, brings home the message about the importance of staying safe at work in order to return home to your family safely.

The campaign’s theme, workplace safety doesn’t just affect you at work – it affects your whole family, emphasises the importance of placing a high value on safety, in a personal way.
The campaign and concept was originated by WorkSafe Victoria and adapted for WorkCover NSW, following the successful impact of the Victorian campaign, which ran in 2006. It is an example of the States working together to harmonise key areas of occupational health and safety and workers compensation.

The campaign’s message is an important one for the whole community as workplace injuries bear a heavy social and financial cost. In 2004/05 there were 125 work related fatalities in NSW were 50,000 serious injuries (they are injuries with more than 5 days off work) and over a billion dollars in costs. The campaign includes an advertising element which will air on television as well as radio, newspapers and buses in metropolitan, regional and ethnic media across NSW.

There are many reasons for staying safe at work. One of the most important reasons is to ensure a safe return home to friends and family. Workplace injuries can affect employers, colleagues and the community. In a worst case scenario workplace incidents can cost lives. There are simple things people can do to help safety at work, such as reporting hazards and risks if you identify them, following safe work methods and cooperating with employers instructions.

I LOVE the ricotta dessert! Mix ricotta with splenda and flavorings of your choice! You can do sugar free jam instead of splenda, or cocoa powder and almonds, or vanilla extract, or cinnamon. Canned pumpkin is so versatile! I’m a sweets person 😉

Do you have to follow the menu plans for the South Beach Diet?

Question by your_veela_dream: Do you have to follow the menu plans for the South Beach Diet?
I just recently started the South Beach Diet and I have a question. Do you have to follow the menus strictly? Because it’ll tell you to eat certain allowable foods for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. But i don’t. I mean i stick with the plans meaning the requiered foods, but if im not hungry i dont eat. I may not eat a snack or a lunch. And i’d maybe eat a lunch for some of the dinner plans. For instance, a days menu could say that you should eat eggs, tomato juice, and canadian bacon for breakfast, turkey roll ups with cilanto dressing for snack, tuna salad for lunch, mozzarella stick for snack, and some eggplant meal for dinner. But I ate the mozarella stick for breakfast (cuz i wasnt hungry), the turky slices, but ate them with low fat chesse and jello (allowed foods) and i prolly will have a lunch meal for dinner since eggplant isnt appealing. Is this ruining the chemistry of the diet or is it okay?

I didn’t exactly stick to the plan, but you have to make sure that you are eating, you really shouldn’t be skipping meals or snacks. I lost close to 30 pounds. Here is what I did.

Mozz. Stick and fatt free jello in the morning
Mozz. Stick for a snack
Salad w/ oil and vinagar(chicken, tuna) for lunch
Meat and veggies for dinner.

The low carb diet is a great thing for someone who does not have high colesterol. I would sometimes cook up a whole batch of Jimmy Dean sausage and eat it at midnight when I was really hungry. And the next day I actually lost weight.

Instead of doing the SB diet. I would reccommend just cutting carbs out of your diet for a month or two, you will lose a ton of weight and when you get to where you want to be, try just eating well and exercising. That is what I do and I have been about 40 pounds lighter for over a year. I only did the no carb thing for about a month.
