Question by savannah m: Does anyone know of any good diet or workout plans that i can fit in my schedule?
I go to school from 8-3 and then i have softball 3-5. After that i go home when should i eat and workout between and after. And does it really burn calories to take baths at night. What are some other health tips?

Wake up a little earlier and get in 30 mins of cardio
Eat 5-6 smaller meals a day
Avoid fast food
Dont eat any less than 3 hours before you go to sleep
Wear sweat clothes to softball practice, sweating is important
And drink a lot of water
