I’m going to be going to high school this year, and I want to loose weight by summer, So i can look nice in a bikini and keep the weight off, and look nice the first day of school. I don’t really have a good exercise plan, so I never stick to one. I’m 5’4 and I weigh 160 pounds ):

Easy tips:
Wake up a little earlier and get in 30 mins of cardio
EAT BREAKFAST
Eat 5-6 smaller meals a day
Avoid fast food
Dont eat any less than 3 hours before you go to sleep
Wear sweat clothes to softball practice, sweating is important
And drink a lot of water

I am going shopping today and need to buy some stuff. What are some good healthy, low fat and low carb meal plans. I am basically looking for something healthy. I already plan on buying chicken breasts, eggs. What are some good ideas? What did you eat to get your six-pack and lose fat?

If you want to get a six pack and lose fat, you need to eat a healthy diet and exercise. The best way to lose weight is to combine aerobic exercise (running, swimming, other cardio) with anaerobic exercise (weightlifting). And while working out, carbs are actually important because they provide your body with energy. Just be sure to eat healthy, whole grain carbs and stay away from sugars and low quality carbs.
