So I’m ready. I have the treadmill, the running shoes and the mp3 filled with good beats….the only thing missing is a healthy eating plan. I called a nutritionist and she charges $ 95 per visit! What kind of non sense is that! just so she can tell me to switch my potato chips for carrots sticks!

I’m looking for a eating plan that would break down meals and snacks, list calories etc.

If you know a book like this it would be great. Thanks!

I cant remember the name but oprah was talking about a guy who just released a book about nutrition. check that out.

Another thing that it really worked for me (lost 10kgs in 2 months) only eat when ur hungry and avoid anything you wouldnt give to a baby (sodas, chips, fried food, etc) it worked for me…couldnt believe the scale.

And one more thing…everytime you crave something fattening, imagine that a greasy dirty person prepared that. Good luck!

I’m 13 years old about 5ft 2 inch and 61.8 kg :S I have a chubby stomach and want to loose the body fat I have. I can’t eat nuts because I’m allergic and I don’t eat lamb. I need a good diet plan and exercise plan to help me lose weight or body fat fast and healthily thanks 🙂

If you want to lose stomach fat, you have to do lots of cardio and healthy eating. Doing sit-ups and crunches work a different group of stomach muscles, so that wont lose the fat below your abs. Stay away from sugary drinks, or juices bc you consume so many calories without filling yourself. You said you were allergic to tree nuts, so I would recommend avocado. It’s filling and healthy. When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Okay so I read online that Katherine Heigl’s workout was to jump rope for 5 minutes, then do strength training exercises, and then about 25 minutes of cardio such as running. Do you think this exercise plan would work if I put the activities in the opposite order? This is MY exercise plan:

25-45 minutes of running
Strength training exercises
5 minutes of jump roping

Will this help me get strong and fit?

I’m 17, 5″7 and I weigh 335lbs(Not afraid to admit) I wanna lose 50lbs or more before the year is over with. I’m starting June 1st. So far it’s been about a week now, I’ve cut out all Junk Food. I’ve just been eating Baked Chicken Breast and Veggies and Walking 3-4Miles of Indoor Walking everyday. Can anyone come up with a Healthy Eating Plan? I’m in school so I get up everyday at 5:30am, exercise, fruit and I’m out the house before 7:30. Please Help Me thanks.

3 balanced meals a day that include enough protein for your body weight, vegetables, complex carbs and a couple of pieces of fruit every day.

It all depends on how much you would want them to do for you..Depends on where you live and how much weight you have to lose and how much time they would need to spend with you. I had one years ago and its very costly..She charged me by the hour.. This was 6 years ago and i paid 75.00 an hour for exercise and diet tips she provided..She came to my home..It may be cheaper if you go to them..Good Luck.. Bali offers a free diet plan don’t they? I am sure they do so u may want to ask.. And they will give you exercise tips also for free..Just ask..You have nothing to lose and it will save you money…
