Pizza Casserole Recipe (Kid Approved)

Pizza Casserole is a favorite at my house, especially with my 3-year-old. I love the ease and versatility of this recipe. It’s so easy to create a whole new dish just by changing up the sauce and add-ins. I love making mexican casserole using taco sauce and adding in black beans and corn. Yum! December 13, 2008 – Low-carb tomato sauce, turkey pepperoni, and low-fat cheese. Topped with low-fat parmesan cheese. The crust is from a soy-based mix.

NOTE: I do NOT consider soy-based products healthy. This is the one of the last soy products still in the house and I will NOT be buying more. Soy interferes with the thyroid and is a good way to give yourself thyroid disease.
