Ok so im 21 im a college student, I live at my parents home and I pay for my own food. I would like to stop spending so much money on going out to eat and start buying food from the ***HEALTHY*** food from the grocery store for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I have know Idea what to get though… I would like to spend around 150 per month. Where do I start? Should I buy per week? per month? Any Ideas on what to get?

Go to the grocery store once a week.

Buy atleast 4 variety of fruits. that should be like 12 dollars or something.
Go in the spagetti aisle and buy spagetti or soups, and maybe go to the meat section and get meatballs for your spagetti.
Buy lettuce, any veggies you like. get a gallon of milk, and buy yourself a cereal. Buy any type of rice and pinto beans to cook.
get chicken wings to cook up. yogurt, dairy things. i get whole wheat bread and grap jelly with peanut butter and make a sandwhich.

i buy pretty much some of these, and they end up being 75 dollars or 50 dallars whenn i go to the grocery.

I find before and during my monthly I crave naughty foods that I really should not be indulging in. What tactics do you use to keep yourself on track? Thank you very much for your time and advice. It is very much appreciated !!! MJ :_)

I make sure I don’t buy any of that stuff, like chocolate or muffins or anything sweet, because I know that if i start i won’t be able to stop.

I buy things like soy milk, jelly and fruits,
drink apple juice and feel very fit.
