Manila’s SM sets minimum coupon for 0 mln bond swap,sale
MANILA, Sept 29 (Reuters) – Philippine conglomerate SM Investments Corp (SMIC) said it has set a minimum coupon of 5.2 percent for a 2017 U.S. dollar bond of up to $ 500 million it will offer via a debt swap and sale.

India cbank amends bank norms for zero-coupon bonds
MUMBAI, Sept 29 (Reuters) – The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) said on Wednesday that banks should not invest in zero coupon bonds unless the issuer provides for the accrued interest cost in a separate fund.
