If possible please suggest cleansing drinks, nutrients drinks, healthy recipes, and etc. Please give sources. Thank you

I have always believed that it is best to eat small meals and snacks every two to three hours to stay healthy. My usual meal will consist of 3 oz lean protein, a cup of carbs and vegetables. I also have a wide variety of snacks that I like to eat that are listed on my buzz blog in my sources section.
