Ok, here’s some info: I’m 47-about 30% body fat (yep I’ve let myself go pudgy) but I’ve decided to get back to my old self.
I now lift weights 2x a week (all muscle groups) + I walk about 2 miles 4x a week (and increasing) but I’m confused on how to plan a menu so I can eat 6x a day with low fat & high protein.
I need help figuring what portion sizes + types of food to eat at each meal–does anyone know how to plan a daily menu, or at least give me an example of one?? Thanks in advance everyone, you guys rock!

it depends on how much you weight now.. the bigger you are the more you will loose.. you will loose lots in the 1st few weeks but then your results will start to even off
