keeps your cardiovasuclar system strong. also keeps your body from catabolizing muscle. also keeps your metabolism from screeching to a hault especially if your tough dieting. those are just some of the reasons. you dont need exercise to be healthy, but you wont find very many people who are healthy and dont do it
