What type of foods would you recommend as far as maintaining a healthy/balanced diet? So far, I’ve thought of lean chicken, whole grain pastas and breads, fruits/vegetables, and fish. My active level is high as I am in the military. I run and lift weights about four times a week. Any recommendations would be appreciated and thanks!
