What are your best low (650 or less) calorie dinner recipes? I struggling to find dinner meals.?

Question by Brian: What are your best low (650 or less) calorie dinner recipes? I struggling to find dinner meals.?
I eat around 150 calorie breakfast, 250 calorie lunch and then have a few 50 to 100 calorie snacks during the day. That leavs me open to a pretty good dinner with the kids and wife. Does anyone have favorite meals that have fairly low calories? Kid friendly is important. I will also answer this quesiton before anyone ask it. We have found it is best for the entire family to eat the same meal becouse we have a 5 year old and 3 year old. If I eat a different meal then we spend the entire time with them wanting to eat my stuff not thiers and it turns into a thousand questions and usaly some one sitting the the green “time out” chair. So if we can fix something healthy and they eat all they want and I eat a set amount it is better for all.
