I know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but how do someone who works regular office hours 9-5 enjoy a big delicious and healthy breakfast meal when they have to take a bus or the train to work every day? It’s not only the time constraint. What about getting in a morning exercise before work? And how can they enjoy a big breakfast when they know there’s at least 8 hours of work still ahead?
