I am trying to eat healthier and cook healthier but I dont really no which oil I should be using. I am currently using shortening as my main oil when I cook chicken and burgers and stuff and I am pretty sure that is not healthy at all. So i was thinking like olive oil or something like that would be healthier. What do you think?

Olive oil is the healthiest oil to use for cooking. For baking, you can use vegetable oil or applesauce.

For stir fries, try using Pam in a non-stick pan.
