I’m hoping I can get some relatively easy and healthy new recipes for my family. I feel like our dinners are getting repetitive. What does you family love to eat?

And, I’m wanting to start planning out meals by the week/month, so if you’ve got any shopping or organization tips on that, I’d appreciate it!

Low Fat Getting High- “Port Authority” available on the EP Live Moderately Die Whenever. Some songwriters say that there are occasions where songs write themselves. Others say that lyrics always come before the music, or the music always comes before the lyrics. In our case, our songs are completely democratic. We assemble thousands of flashcards in a pile and draw them at random. These cards consists of chord charts, beats, time signatures, words, notes, abstract concepts, genre names, and other information. We each pick a card and vote on it. If all three members of the band vote on positively on the card, it goes in the keep pile. If a card receives just one single negative vote, it goes in another pile to be recycled later. It takes about 5 hours for us to assemble enough information to build a song. We don’t believe in lyrics, or music. We believe in random democracy.
