Spaghetti Squash Cut 1 Spaghetti Squash in half length wise poke with knife or fork to vent bake for 45-60 mins at 375 degrees Fahrenheit pull “noodles” out of cooled down squash with a fork add your favorite spaghetti sauce Pizza Toast Multigrain bread 2 teaspoons of Marinara Sauce Sprinkle Cheese Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes Veggies Steam Broccoli & Carrots for 10 minutes
