Need to lose weight! After I hit age 30, I can’t seem to lose weight. I have changed the way I eat, have gone walking and running and I don’t seem to being losing anything. Need helpful advice. I don’t want to do any crash diets or pills. Please help!

Walking or running are exercises to keep in shape, not to get in shape. And there is a big difference. Start going to a gym. They have personal trainers there and they can design a work out program that concentrates on the areas of your body, that you wish to improve. Don’t get me wrong, continue to do what you are doing now but you have to also make the extra effort.
