Answer by Kyle keeps your cardiovasuclar system strong. also keeps your body from catabolizing muscle. also keeps your metabolism from screeching to a hault especially if your tough dieting. those are just some of the reasons. you dont need exercise to be healthy, but you wont find very many people who are healthy and dont do it

Is it alright for a pregnant woman to work out at all? I’m guessing it probably shouldnt be too strenuous. Does anyone have any health tips or good nutrition facts for a women while she’s pregnant?
Answer by 3B4 Walking is the best exercise and you are right-nothing too strenuous like running or lifting weights.I am 25 weeks pregnant with my 2nd and walking is enough to keep me fit.

I’m 13 years old about 5ft 2 inch and 61.8 kg :S I have a chubby stomach and want to loose the body fat I have. I can’t eat nuts because I’m allergic and I don’t eat lamb. I need a good diet plan and exercise plan to help me lose weight or body fat fast and healthily thanks 🙂
Answer by Rosalie Priest If you want to lose stomach fat, you have to do lots of cardio and healthy eating. Doing sit-ups and crunches work a different group of stomach muscles, so that wont lose the fat below your abs. Stay away from sugary drinks, or juices bc you consume so many calories without filling yourself. You said you were allergic to tree nuts, so I would recommend avocado. It’s filling and healthy. I am currently 280 lbs and I’m 5’6.. Can anybody recommend a good diet/exercise plan? My goal is to be around 150 as soon and as healthy as I can. Please no negative or rude comments. Thanks.
Answer by ny When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Okay so I read online that Katherine Heigl’s workout was to jump rope for 5 minutes, then do strength training exercises, and then about 25 minutes of cardio such as running. Do you think this exercise plan would work if I put the activities in the opposite order? This is MY exercise plan:
25-45 minutes of running
Strength training exercises
5 minutes of jump roping
Will this help me get strong and fit?
