Ever since coming to the UK, me and Eric have found it hard to make proper meals. We just usually heat up a burger, sit down and watch TV, but i’m breaking out becuase of it. I have spots all over my face. I need a quick easy way of making healthy food. anyone have any ideas?

Make up meat loaf, lasagna, fried chicken etc… with some veggies and potatoes and freeze in individual disposable tins. Cover with foil then wrap in seran wrap and freeze. Label and date the you ca take them out of the freezer when you want and have a nice homecooked meal.
