Healthy Gluten/Sugar/Dairy Free Banana Bread 1 ½ cups of almond flour ( can be found at Whole Foods or most other health food stores or you can make your own almond flour. Google for more directions:) ) ½ cup of coconut flour ( can be found at Whole Foods or most other health food stores or you can make your own coconut flour, google for more directions ) 1 ½ teaspoon baking soda ½ of sea salt 4 tablespoons of olive oil 6 eggs 4 ripe bananas ( the riper the bananas, the sweeter your banana bread will be) 1 cup of chopped walnuts Directions 1. Preheat your oven to 350 F /175 C 2. Mix all dry ingredients together with a spoon 3. Mix all wet ingredients with a fork until nice and smooth. 4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients 5. Mix the dry and wet ingredients well until smooth. 6. Add chopped walnuts and mix well. 7. Pour the mixture into a bread baking pan lined with a parchment paper brushed with olive oil. 8. Bake for 50 minutes or until the top is browned. I am baking a cake for a birthday tomorrow. I am just using what we have in the pantry, Devil’s Food chocolate cake mix, unless I find something “healthier” while shopping. Are there any vanilla frosting mixes premade on the shelves that are low calorie and low fat? And if not, do you have a really good recipe for one? (if so, please list nutrition information along with it) Thanks!
Answer by jeannette p You can try a low fat cream cheese frosting by using fat free cream cheese instead of the other stuff. The powdered sugar is going to add the calories but not the fat! And use lowfat milk to thin the mixture. You might also consider a “glaze” instead, since it goes on thin and drips down the sides of the cake. Or, you might want to simply make a very scrumptious cake and cut smaller slices!

Question by Instantpainrelief2008: How do I make my chicken moist, juicy, delicious, and most importantly, taste like real chicken?
The natural flavor of chicken is in the skin. However, skin is high in fat and I am on a low fat diet. If I cook chicken without the skin, the meat would taste bland. If I cook chicken with the skin on, the fat in the skin would get soaked into the meat. What should I do? I much prefer chicken’s natural flavor rather than some commercial flavorings.
