Most of us have tried to eat healthy at one point in time or another; we see the advertisements showing men and women being seduced by ninety calorie brownies, only to try it ourselves and discover that the brownie tastes like used cardboard.
We’d like to change the way you think about eating healthy. We’d like to prove that eating healthy can, in fact, taste so good that you’ll never want anything else.
If you’re reading this book, you obviously want to try something new. You haven’t given up on a healthy lifestyle. These fifty well-received recipes cover all the meals of the day, including snacks—and the occasional midnight snacks few of us can resist. Using the recipes as directed in this book will greatly contribute to a healthy lifestyle and you will still look forward to every meal.
A lot of these meals are interchangeable. You can just as easily make some of these for lunch as you can for dinner!
