Healthy Snacks With Brittany and Brianna

Here are Brittany and Brianna from All4tubekids showing us some healthy snacks. Eating fruits and vegetable and some tuna are very healthy alternatives to eating candy and chips. Fruits give you energy from the natural sugars. Eating these healthy snacks will help you avoid a sugar meltdown or crash. These healthy snacks are loaded with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Just wanted to say that I have made aa recent decision to put my foot down about healthy eating habits in the home. I made this decision a week before this video was made. I am working on getting my wife to support me with healthy eating so my kids can benefit from this 100 percent. If you have two parents in the home it takes two of them to work together to make eating healthy a consistent good habit for the kids. This really works great when two parents agree! Brittany and Brianna have been feeling more energy in the last two weeks since I enforced this in the entire house on April 1, 2008. I was working 3 nights after teaching at school for the last 2 years and decided that those 3 nights I needed to be home to ensure that they are getting the best nutrition that I can offer them.
