I have a couple of doggie food recipes which calls for bone meal, but when I go to the Pet Stores they don’t seem to carry it….I have also tried a couple of bulk food/health stores. Any suggestions?

Ever since coming to the UK, me and Eric have found it hard to make proper meals. We just usually heat up a burger, sit down and watch TV, but i’m breaking out becuase of it. I have spots all over my face. I need a quick easy way of making healthy food. anyone have any ideas?
Answer by cowgirl_power82 Make up meat loaf, lasagna, fried chicken etc… with some veggies and potatoes and freeze in individual disposable tins. Cover with foil then wrap in seran wrap and freeze. Label and date the you ca take them out of the freezer when you want and have a nice homecooked meal.

Anyone found a good way to get high traffic without paying companies money to do it?

It can be anything from homemade cleaners, spot removers, cooking tips, anything. I have a few. Put a small amount of vinegar in a spray bottle of clean water and use this to clean your glasses. It is the best thing ever! No swirly film or streaks. Also, if you use vinegar and baking soda in your toilet and let it bubble it is a great non-chemical toilet cleaner! And cream of tartar removes that brown cooked on residue on your cookie sheets easily. I’d love to hear yours. Please, only tried and tested ones. Thanks.
I forgot to add that you have to add a little bit of water to the cream of tartar and make a paste. You scrub the pan with the paste.

I’m 17, 5″7 and I weigh 335lbs(Not afraid to admit) I wanna lose 50lbs or more before the year is over with. I’m starting June 1st. So far it’s been about a week now, I’ve cut out all Junk Food. I’ve just been eating Baked Chicken Breast and Veggies and Walking 3-4Miles of Indoor Walking everyday. Can anyone come up with a Healthy Eating Plan? I’m in school so I get up everyday at 5:30am, exercise, fruit and I’m out the house before 7:30. Please Help Me thanks.

Wake up a little earlier and get in 30 mins of cardio
Eat 5-6 smaller meals a day
Avoid fast food
Dont eat any less than 3 hours before you go to sleep
Wear sweat clothes to softball practice, sweating is important
And drink a lot of water

Answer by Elizabeth F I LOVE the ricotta dessert! Mix ricotta with splenda and flavorings of your choice! You can do sugar free jam instead of splenda, or cocoa powder and almonds, or vanilla extract, or cinnamon. Canned pumpkin is so versatile! I’m a sweets person 😉
