The boyfriend has decided to eat healthier foods and has asked me to cut the snacky foods out of his bentos. So here’s the new "healthy" model.

"Soylent Fluff" is similar to my peanut butter fluff recipe, but with no cream cheese and soynut butter instead of peanut butter.

I’m not a huge fan of soynut butter. It tastes like roasted soynuts and has that powdery soynut texture. I recognize the health benefits, though, so Soylent Fluff is a way to make it a little more palatable.

It’s very easy. Take a small tub of lite or sugarfree whipped topping (Cool Whip, for example). Add to it two heaping tablespoons of soynut butter and stir right in the container till it’s well-mixed and there are no lumps. After that, I add two teaspoons of Splenda and mix well.

The boyfriend actually likes this better than peanut butter fluff. I can deal with it, but it’s not my thing. If you like soynut butter, though, you might give it a try.

I’ve garnished this one with toasted almond slivers.
