Something Healthy For Lunch

Chickpea salad
– 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
– 1 lebanese cucumber
– 3 small tomatoes
– 3 big radishes
– 1 carrot
– 1 onion, sliced
– 1 garlic glove
– 1/2 avocado
– a handfull of flax seeds
– juice of 1 lemon and 2 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil for dressing
– salt, pepper

Peas soup
– Mustard seeds
– Black pepper seeds
– 2 garlic gloves
– 1 onion
– 1 cup of vegetable stock (or water)
– 250-300 g of frozen peas

Take an average size sauce pan. Heat up mustard seeds and pepper seeds in olive oil until seeds start to pop. Add chopped garlic and onions. When onions nice and soft add peas. Roast until melted and soft. Pour stock, bring to the boil, add salt and pepper, simmer for few minutes. Blend in food processor.
P.S. because peas are kind of sweet, u might want to increase amount of garlic, salt and pepper.
