TRY THIS: mix in a bottle
4 uncoated ASPIRIN
1 cup distilled water
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar ( i use ACV with Honey )
*after washing your face.. use cotton and pour the mixture.. apply it on your face and neck.. rinse with cold water.. pat dry..

Wouldn’t recommend using it near your eyes, it might burn from the acid.
Sure, put it in foods that call for vinegar. It has to be apple cider vinegar, not white vinegar. White vinegar doesn’t have the health benefits as acv.
Mix it with apple juice and maybe some honey.
Taste good with natural no sugar added apple juice.

i wish it was as simple as drinking vinegar. if i knew vinegar would clear up my acne i wouldn’t have a problem drinking it no matter how horrid it tastes. sorry but i’m not even going to bother to try this.
