Question by Addie M.: Is it healthy for kids to lose weight? Any ideas as to what I should eat? How long I should exercise in a day?
I’m in 8th grade, thirteen years old, & i’m not one of those kind of girls who think their fat & hardly weigh like 115 or so. I just want to lose weight so I can be healthier & obviously so I can look better…and, yes, I am fat (let’s just say I’m over 135, & I definitely am).
Oh, and I’m 5’6 (If that’s how you write it).

i think every person young or old should be concerned with nutrition, and exercise. just be mindful and appreciate who you are and your self image.
