Question by S G: I need healthy quick not out of a box meals to prepare during my kids sports seasons?
We are getting to the time of year when we have to hurry to a ballfield of some sort every evening. I still want to be able to prepare a somewhat healthy meal for my family within about 30 to 45 minutes. We are trying to eat healthier and not prepare things like hamburger helper etc. I have 5 or 6 recipes but need to add to my stash.

You could season and cook a few chicken breasts in a fry pan and serve with chicken flavored rice (rice-a-roni is my fav) and a veggie (I like to use frozen veggies versus canned, I think the quality is better)
