Question by alvi: I am a student and dont get much time to prepare food. How to make good, healthy and quick meals?
As a student I dont get much time to prepare food. Please give me some tips how to make food quickly using the readymade and semi ready made food available in the market like wholegrain bread, multi-seed bread, ciabatta rolls with which I can make something like side dish or stuff someting in it or other options are pasta salads. I would prefer vegetarian dishes, chicken, fish and eggs and strictly no to pork.
