Question by Kayla: How can I quickly eliminate my lower stomach pooch?
I really need to get rid of this lower stomach fat. I am a dancer and have a competition in one month. I want it smaller if not eliminated by then. Any health and fitness tips? Please and thank you!

Lower your sodium intake and do lot’s of cardio, make sure that you drink lots of water to stay hydrated. Make sure that you don’t each or drink 6 hours before your competition to have a slimmer stomach.
