Hi Im trying 2 brush up on my cooking skills. I want to know what type of meat is suggested for pasta, a meat w/ a nice coloring. And how to get my chicken to have a nice golden brown coloring? Thanks

i use hamburger meat. and to get a good color on chicken, sear it in olive oil on both sides in a pan then finish cooking it in the oven
