7. Always avoid hydrogenated oily food and processed foods in general.

8. Never do overeating. It is a trouble-free way to retain weight under control.

9. You can prefer yoga also to reduce extra fat from your body. Yoga includes 10-15 minutes continuous deep stretching and regularly meditation. After that you will feel youthful and reduce your stress.

10. Daily walk after having diner is also beneficial for you.
