Backward Lunges (right): 23 / 21 / 20
Backward Lunges (left): 22 / 21 / 20
Side Lunges (right): 21 / 20 / 20
Side Lunges (left): 21 / 20 / 20
Mountain Climbers: 60 / 60 / 58
Body Saw: 16 / 16 / 14 (this exercise is so hard, incredible)

yes, and orthopedic physician will advise never to put your knee in a 90 degree angle. 90 degree angles are to be done slowly first thing in the morning while lying in bed.
these weight lost exercise instructors get me how they think that these exercises are for everyone……and they are not. Some people have physical restrictions.

Side Lunges: R:24 L:26
Mountain Climber: 57
Body Saw: 6 (this was extremely hard.)
