It’s a vegetable revolution! They’re back. Vegetables, that is. They never really left, actually. Sometimes we just forget about them. If I take 10 minutes to chop up some carrots, cucumbers and yellow peppers, the boys will eat them the moment they walk in the door from school. That bowl is usually empty by dinner.

I’m 17, 5″7 and I weigh 335lbs(Not afraid to admit) I wanna lose 50lbs or more before the year is over with. I’m starting June 1st. So far it’s been about a week now, I’ve cut out all Junk Food. I’ve just been eating Baked Chicken Breast and Veggies and Walking 3-4Miles of Indoor Walking everyday. Can anyone come up with a Healthy Eating Plan? I’m in school so I get up everyday at 5:30am, exercise, fruit and I’m out the house before 7:30. Please Help Me thanks.

3 balanced meals a day that include enough protein for your body weight, vegetables, complex carbs and a couple of pieces of fruit every day.

I’m going to cheer camp on Friday, & the camp isn’t serving breakfast or lunch. There’s a mini fridge in the hotel room so they told us to bring HEALTHY snacks. My roommate is bringing some candy to ease ourselves from all the healthy eating, but I’m in charge of the healthy foods.
