My idea for a new, healthy, low-calorie, donut, called the Green Revolution. It’s phyllo dough and spinach filling are delectable + nutritious, with a touch of mint in the arrows…

Too bad that Duncan Donuts won’t accept something that’s both good for you and environmentally conscious in their current invent-a-donut contest! They will just keep feeding 3,000,000 people a day those high-calorie offerings, that keep 48% of Americans obese.

What are good low fat recipes for boneless skinless chicken breasts?

Question by Erica R: What are good low fat recipes for boneless skinless chicken breasts?
I’m looking for some tasty low fat boneless skinless chicken dinners that I can make, anybody got any?

Best answer:

Answer by L T
I like cutting them into strips and poaching them in chicken broth seasoned with red pepper flakes. You can serve them over a salad or with a starch like butter noodles or roasted new potatoes. The poaching in chicken broth helps the meat to not dry out which is common with boneless, skinless meat.
